Every growing brand eventually hits the same wall. Your designer has one version of the logo in Figma. Your developer found a different one on Slack. Marketing is using a third from an email sent six months ago. And someone just asked in Teams: "Does anyone have the latest brand guidelines?"

Sound familiar? We built the Brand Asset Library to make this problem disappear entirely. Watch the 90-second walkthrough above, or read on for a complete feature breakdown.

The Problem Every Growing Brand Faces

Brand assets multiply fast. A typical company manages hundreds of visual files across dozens of tools: Google Drive folders, Slack threads, email attachments, Figma projects, and local desktops. The result is predictable and painful.

Outdated logos end up on live websites. Team members waste hours searching for the right file. Brand inconsistency creeps into every project. New hires have no idea where anything lives. Developers hardcode the wrong hex values. Marketers rebuild assets from scratch because they cannot find the original.

"The average knowledge worker spends 1.8 hours per day searching for information. For brand assets, using the wrong version has real consequences."

The Brand Asset Library solves this by giving every asset a single, organized, searchable home — and making that home available everywhere your team works.

What Is the Brand Asset Library?

The Brand Asset Library is a centralized repository inside Brandvibes where every brand asset lives in one organized, tagged, and shareable workspace. Logos, team headshots, brand colors, marketing visuals, AI-generated graphics, product screenshots — everything your team needs to create on-brand content, accessible in seconds.

Every asset is tagged with purpose, categorized into smart folders, and instantly searchable. Your entire team gets access to the same collection. And with MCP integration, those assets flow directly into Claude Code, Lovable, Cursor, and any MCP-compatible tool.

Every Feature, Explained

We designed the Asset Library for power users who manage hundreds of brand assets across fast-moving teams. Here is every feature available today.

Centralized Dashboard with Live Statistics

The dashboard surfaces your complete brand picture at a glance. See total asset count, folder count, logo variant count, and photo count — all updated in real time. For a brand like Adway, that means 128 assets across 6 folders, with 12 logo variants and 116 photos, visible the moment you open the library.

Smart Folder Organization

Assets are automatically organized into purpose-built folders: Logos, Brand Colors, People and Cast, Product and Marketing, and AI Generated Vibe. Create unlimited custom folders with names, descriptions, and emoji icons. Rename any folder with a double-click. Delete or reorder folders as your brand evolves. Every folder displays its asset count in a badge.

Full-Text Search with Ctrl+K

Press Ctrl+K from anywhere in the library to instantly search across asset names, alt text, descriptions, tags, people names, and categories. Results appear in real time as you type. No more scrolling through hundreds of thumbnails to find one file.

Grid View and List View Toggle

Switch between two display modes with one click. Grid view renders large thumbnails with hover previews, quick-edit expansion, and file type badges — perfect for visual browsing. List view provides a compact, table-like layout with inline editing, select-all checkboxes, and sortable columns — ideal for metadata management and bulk operations.

Comprehensive Tagging System

Every asset supports multiple usage tags from a curated library of fifteen tag types. Tag logos as logo-primary, logo-variant, or logo-icon. Mark team headshots as character-reference. Flag marketing visuals as hero-image, social-card, or cover-photo-candidate. Add custom tags for any workflow-specific label. Tags power filtering, search, and AI tool exports.

The fifteen built-in tag types include: cover-photo-candidate, training-set, style-reference, character-reference, ui-screenshot, logo-variant, logo-primary, logo-icon, logo-discovered, social-card, hero-image, page-image, background-pattern, brand-video, and video-thumbnail.

Bulk Edit Operations

Select multiple assets using checkboxes and apply changes in one action. Bulk-tag an entire photoshoot. Move a batch of files to a different folder. Add a person or cast member name across a selection. Delete outdated assets with a single confirmation. The bulk edit toolbar appears automatically when you select items or enter edit mode.

One-Click Download and Export

Download any individual asset with one click. Export sets of visual assets formatted for AI image generators like Midjourney and Leonardo. Generate a visual.txt reference file that AI coding agents can use to access your brand assets. Every image supports high-resolution, web-optimized, and low-resolution variants for different use cases.

Favorites for Quick Access

Tap the heart icon on any asset to add it to your favorites. Filter the entire library to show only favorited items. Pin the assets your team uses daily — primary logo, default headshot, brand gradient — for instant access.

Drag-and-Drop Bulk Upload

Drag up to fifteen images at once into the upload zone. Supported formats include PNG, JPG, WebP, and SVG. After upload, a categorization modal lets you assign each file to a folder, apply tags, and optionally flag images for AI model training — all before saving.

Full-Screen Lightbox with Keyboard Navigation

Click any asset to open it in a distraction-free full-screen lightbox. Navigate between assets with left and right arrow keys. Edit metadata, add tags, and update descriptions without leaving the viewer. A position indicator shows exactly where you are in the collection.

Detailed Asset Information Panel

Open the side panel for any asset to view and edit every detail. Full image preview, alt text, description, width and height, orientation, upload date, file type, folder assignment, all tags, and people tagged in the image. Copy the asset URL. Download the file. Expand to fullscreen. Every field is editable inline.

Brand Color Palette Management

The Brand Colors folder displays a dedicated palette section with hex values, visual swatches, and one-click copy to clipboard. Your brand colors are always visible and one click from any design tool or code editor.

The Game Changer: MCP Integration

This is where the Brand Asset Library becomes transformative for AI-first teams.

Every asset in your library is accessible through the Model Context Protocol. Any MCP-compatible tool can pull brand assets directly — no manual downloads, no file sharing, no version confusion. Connect once, access everything.

How It Works

Connect your Brandvibes asset library via MCP. Every tool in your workflow instantly gains access to every approved brand asset. Logos, photos, brand colors, visual references — all synced and always current. One connection. Every asset. Every tool.

What This Looks Like in Practice

Building a landing page in Lovable? Your logos, team photos, and brand colors are already available. Writing code in Cursor? Pull the exact SVG logo variant with one reference. Working in Claude Code? Access any brand asset through a single MCP command. Creating a pitch deck? Every approved visual is at your fingertips.

"One MCP connection. Every asset. Every tool you love."

Supported Integrations

The Brand Asset Library connects with any MCP-compatible tool, including Claude Code for terminal-based development, Lovable for visual web application building, Cursor for AI-assisted coding, custom websites and web applications, presentations, and any other tool that supports the Model Context Protocol.

Built for Your Entire Team

The Brand Asset Library is not a single-player tool. Every team member gets access to the same organized, up-to-date asset collection with appropriate permissions.

Designers maintain visual consistency across every project. Developers pull exact logo files and brand color values into code. Vibe coders reference approved assets when building with AI tools. Marketers ensure every campaign launches with current visuals. New team members onboard in minutes because every asset is findable, tagged, and organized.

Made for Vibe Coders and Vibe Marketers

If you build with AI, the Brand Asset Library fundamentally changes your workflow. Instead of describing your logo to an AI tool or uploading files one by one, your entire brand identity is pre-loaded through MCP.

Vibe coders can scaffold a complete branded website in minutes with every visual asset available from the start. Vibe marketers can generate on-brand social content, landing pages, and campaign materials without ever hunting for files. The library becomes the single source of truth that every AI tool in your stack draws from.
